Pipe Conveyor Belt

The Pipe Conveyor Belt is designed for use with pipe belt conveyors. With the assistance of external forces, the belt is formed into a tubular shape throughout all or part of the transportation line. The carcass of the Pipe Conveyor Belt utilizes high-tenacity canvas or steel wire rope as the core skeleton. It features high-strength, high-abrasion-resistant premium rubber for the top and bottom covers. During operation, the belt gradually transitions from a flat profile to a U-shape before finally being rolled into a tube for enclosed conveying.
Characteristics
1. Noise Reduction: Engineered to reduce operational noise.
2. Optimal Rigidity: Features moderate rigidity for easy tubing and bending, with the ability to maintain excellent roundness stability.
3. Superior Sealing: The overlap edges provide excellent sealing, combined with high fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance, and stable load-bearing capacity.
4. Enclosed Conveying: As an enclosed system, materials will not scatter or fall, ensuring no environmental impact—especially ideal for fine materials such as powder or paste.
5. Environmental Protection: Protects the conveyed materials from wind, rain, snow, and other external environmental factors.
6. Versatile Mobility: Offers flexibility for large dip angles and reciprocating material transmission at high speeds and under heavy loads.
7. Flexible Routing: Supports flexible transmission lines, capable of delivering materials through relatively small radii in vertical, horizontal, or three-dimensional angles.
8. Space Efficiency: Features a small cross-sectional footprint.
It is extensively used in metallurgical, electrical, chemical, port, wharf, construction, coal, mine, and grain industries for the enclosed conveying of bulk materials. It is available in various types, including abrasion resistant, heat resistant, cold resistant, chemical resistant, fire retardant, and anti-static.
