Our Chemical Resistant Conveyor Belt is specifically engineered for harsh industrial environments where materials come into contact with acids, alkalis, or other corrosive chemicals. It is widely used in phosphoric fertilizer production, sea salt processing, and chemical manufacturing.

The cover rubber is a high-performance blend of synthetic rubber and specialized plastics, reinforced with acid and alkali-resistant inert fillers. This unique formulation offers significantly better chemical durability compared to standard Chloroprene (CR) belts. The carcass utilizes high-strength Polyester (EP) canvas, which provides superior stability and chemical resistance over traditional cotton-core belts. These products are typically supplied in an Endless Type construction to ensure maximum joint integrity.
