Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

Our heat resistant conveyor belt is designed for transporting high-temperature materials such as sinter ore, hot coke, cement clinker, and hot castings. Depending on the heat-resistance level and potential damage mechanisms, the cover rubber is made of either EPDM or Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR). The reinforcement layer utilizes high-strength, high-permeability polyester canvas or cotton duck canvas. To extend the belt’s service life, heat-resistant glass cloth can be installed between the cover rubber and the reinforcement layer. Customized endless belts (ring type) are available upon request.
1. Applications
Widely utilized in metallurgy, construction, casting, and other industrial sectors for transporting high-temperature materials such as:
- Sintered Ore
- Hot Coke
- Cement Clinker
- Slag
- Hot Castings
2. Product Structure
- Carcass Material: Constructed with high-strength cotton canvas (CC) or other premium fabrics as the reinforcement layer.
- Cover Rubber: Formulated with high-performance heat-resistant rubber compounds.
- Enhanced Protection: We offer two distinct structural designs:
- Standard Structure: Consistent with conventional conveyor belt construction but using heat-resistant compounds.
- Thermal Barrier Structure: Features an additional heat-insulation layer between the cover rubber and the carcass to further protect the belt core from thermal damage.
3. Heat Resistance Grades & Temperature Ratings
According to international testing standards, our belts are categorized into four types based on their heat resistance:
| Type | Maximum Testing Temperature | Recommended Application |
| T1 Type | ≤100℃ | Standard heat resistance |
| T2 Type | ≤125℃ | Medium heat resistance |
| T3 Type | ≤150℃ | High heat resistance |
| T4 Type | ≤ 175℃ | Ultra-high heat resistance |
