Our heat resistant conveyor belt (Watch in action)is designed for transporting high-temperature materials such as sinter ore, hot coke, cement clinker, and hot castings. ensuring a dependable foundation for stable material handling under intense thermal stress.Depending on the heat-resistance level and potential damage mechanisms, the cover rubber is made of either EPDM or Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR). The reinforcement layer utilizes high-strength, high-permeability polyester canvas or cotton duck canvas. To extend the belt’s service life, heat-resistant glass cloth can be installed between the cover rubber and the reinforcement layer. Customized endless belts (ring type) are available upon request.
