The Chevron Conveyor Belt consists of the belt carcass and a high-traction pattern (cleats). Due to the variation in materials and the specific inclination angle of the conveyor, the required pattern shape and height differ.
Commonly used pattern shapes include:
- Open-V and Closed-V
- Y-Type and U-Type
- Fishbone and Multi-V types
This design is specifically engineered to prevent material slippage or fallback, significantly increasing conveying efficiency on steep inclines.
