Technical Features：
Secondary Vulcanization Technology: The sidewalls, cleats (baffle plates), and the base belt are bonded using secondary vulcanization technology, ensuring a solid, durable, and compact combination.
Base Belt Lateral Stiffness: The base belt is designed with lateral stiffness to maintain its central section without hunching. This ensures the middle part of the return stroke does not droop when the bearing branch is under pressure from guide rollers, leading to a significantly longer service life.
High Compression Strength: The raised edges (sidewalls) feature excellent compression strength and longitudinal stability, allowing for the use of universal parallel rollers in the return stroke section.
Self-Cleaning & Durability: The internal side of the raised edge is designed to tilt outward for efficient material discharge. The external side is reinforced with bars to provide robust supporting capacity and superior resistance to wear.
